Greg Burch is the kind of insurance agent you didn't know existed. He's been licensed for over 30 years, spent the last decade focused on Medicare, and holds the Registered Social Security Analyst (RSSA) designation — one of the few agents in Northeast Texas who can walk you through how and when to claim Social Security as part of a real retirement income strategy. He's also completing his Certified Annuity Advisor (CAA) designation, adding another layer to the retirement planning conversations he has every day.

Greg grew up in this part of Texas and has deep roots in Gilmer and the surrounding communities. Outside the office, you'll find him and his wife Amorette involved in local events and community education — he regularly hosts dinner seminars to help people understand Medicare and retirement planning without the pressure of a sales pitch. If you want to talk Medicare, Social Security, annuities, or retirement income, Greg is the one to call.

Austin Burch

Agent

Austin is a local insurance agent proudly serving East Texas, where he grew up and still calls home. Now in his second year in the industry, he was inspired to pursue this career after watching his father thrive as an agent and seeing firsthand the difference it made in people's lives.



Austin specializes in ACA health plans, and also offers dental, vision, accident, indemnity, non-ACA health insurance, cancer, critical illness, and travel health coverage — giving clients options no matter what stage of life they're in.

What sets Austin apart is his commitment to really listening. He takes the time to understand not just a client's budget, but their lifestyle, so the coverage he recommends actually fits their life. He especially loves working with people who aren't used to having someone truly hear their needs and concerns.

Outside the office, Austin is a proud husband and father to his daughter, Dixie, and sons, Graham and Oliver. A lifelong East Texan, he's always up for talking local sports — cheering on the Gilmer Buckeyes, all Texas universities, the Dallas Cowboys, Mavericks, Stars, and Texas Rangers.

Chris Bell has been a licensed insurance agent for more than 30 years, bringing extensive experience working with individuals, businesses, and school districts throughout Texas. He believes in building lasting relationships by taking the time to understand each client’s needs and providing straightforward, personalized service.


Chris lives in Lindale, Texas, with his wife, Jessica. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the family ranch with their five children and three grandchildren.
